I’ve been busy busy lately – with work again. What esle. I wish the new account executive would come in soon. Then I had over everything to him/her and sit back and relax.
My day’s full of mindless ongoing briefs that drive me crazy. Oh hang on. I do love writing briefs and getting all neat and organised in my paperwork. But when there are simply just too many… er… there are simply JUST too many. Hahaha I’m getting crappy as well now.
Today I worked till 8pm. I was the last to leave office. The very last. From 5-8pm I typed out 15 briefs. 15! That also means 15 jobs! I’m godlike already. Tomorrow morning I am so going to attack the creative department with my mountain of papers.
Speaking of which, I barged into the creative department with hopes of getting some work done at 5.50pm and there was NOBODY LEFT THERE! Everybody left!!!! Already!! And we knock off work at 6pm.
Sigh! So that was when the briefs I kept writing accumulated to 15.
Enough about the things that go on from 9 to 6.
On to BETTER news, I am going to Bangkok – This WEDNESDAY! Yippiee!!!! I know I know, another damn suddent trip.
Everything was planned within 1 week again. I managed to take leave despite the lean team we have at work now (aka someone’s going to bleed on behalf of me)!
The best of all? I am going with my sister, my mom and my grandma! It’s going to be such a wonderful trip! I’m so excited! You know how despite the fact we are a family, it’s just so difficult to get everybody with different commitments to commit to something as major as travelling together to a certain location. It would mean having leave to take and putting aside day to day stuff.
It’s an all girls trip!! So yippie! Manicures, massages, shopping and food!!!! Here we come!!!
