So today, or rather, everyday for awhile now, it’s been hectic at work. Crazyyyyy busy! Working past usual hours, sending emails/doing proposals at midnight… man, no joke here.
Today over at lunch, we talked about a common acquaintance who quit her job and went to holiday in Bali for a month. One day in my life, I’m going do just that. Drop everything and escape to a foreign land for a month.
Blogging is turning into like a full time job with the numerous posts and such which, I don’t particularly mind since it is something I enjoy afterall. My only grouse is the lack of time to relax cos of my work and blogging commitments.
But well, I tell myself it’s just a period that I need to pull through and it is sunshine that I will see at the end of this tiresome path that’s currently much like a mine-field.

So today, I did what I haven’t done in a long time. I left work on time, came straight home, heated up leftovers from last night (which are yummy btw), took a long shower with my newly customised essential oils shower gel, poured a glass of light, Moscato and settled in for some mindless TV. :)
It felt so good. This is what evenings alone should feel like. Comforting, relaxing, and light. No pressure. Just pleasure.
