It’s a good thing happening to me lately. The fact that I am getting more health conscious and embracing a healthier way of living.

I am now on a GLOW BFF (Berry Fruity Fat-Loss) Challenge, together with a few other bloggers (William, Isaac Chan (DJ Zack C), Cheryl Tay, Silver Ang, Carrie, Melissa Choi, Smith, Daphne Maia, Alvinology, Jacqueline, Christina Chung & Joyce) in the whole month of February. It is amazing to have all of them onboard as we encourage and push each other to do our best.
Friend and family say “you’re dieting over CNY”. I say “yeh why not?!” All the better to challenge my commitment to a healthier way of living.
