A Double Chin Before & After You Will Want To See

This is a photo of me taken end Feb 2017, 6 months after I did the CoolMini treatment with Halley Medical Aesthetics to my chin. I’m really happy with the results of my double chin reduction mission so here I am back, with a review to share the results!

There’s been much talk about CoolSculpting by Zeltiq and how it makes inch loss easy, painless and convenient. It is a popular choice for large areas of fat like your arms, thighs, and tummy. But as women, we have stubborn flab in small, hard to reach areas too, like our chin, bra and knees. The one I did is from the same brand and technology (Zeltiq CoolSculpting), but just using a smaller applicator to help target those small areas.

Like most women, I always had a naggy issue with my double chin. It was most obvious when I was at my heaviest and even when I used my usual best camera angle, it still showed up. I relied on beauty apps to soften the appearance of my double chin (and that’s why they say don’t believe the photos you see online) but it was bothering me in real life.

I had completely no idea that there were treatments to specifically treat a small area like my double chin. Not until my aesthetics doctor, Dr Terence Tan, asked if I’ve heard of CoolMini by Zeltiq, and said that this will help in double chin reduction.

(Ok I’ll keep this gushing about Dr Terence Tan from Halley Medical Aesthetics short but I’m super thankful to him for the miraculous 7kg that I have lost in a span of 2 months from his Quick Slim Programme. Losing this amount of weight gave me confidence and a new surge of determination to continuously keep within my healthy BMI from now on.)

Before & After Treatment Photos

A lot of you have been asking for a before & after photo so here it is! Fast forward 5 months, I went back for a review and the BEFORE & AFTER photos are unbelievable. Like, REALLY unbelievable. See for yourself.

This was on 13 Sep 2016 before I did my treatment. The lines on my chin were where the Zeltiq CoolMini applicator would be placed.

5 months later, on 11 Feb 2017, this is an update of how my chin looks like.

In case you can’t tell the difference, here’s a side by side comparison.

I am shocked at how huge an improvement the Zeltiq CoolMini treatment had made. Look at how tucked in my chin is now, and how much more defined the tip of my chin is!

I’ve tried so many ways of slimming down. So many. Through the years, from being single, to getting married, to having kids, my lifestyle has changed so much.

Now with 2 kids on top of my full time job, I do wish I have more time for myself. Like most FTWMs, going to gym is quite the luxury. I always thought that there can’t be an easy, fast, and safe way for double chin reduction, and flab in all my problem areas, but now I’m grateful for all of Dr Terence Tan’s recommendations.

To have 1 simple treatment easily remove the excess flab from my chin is quite the miracle. And it only took 90 mins (45 mins for each side of my chin) of my time!
