Woah this body contouring treatment actually works!

I do have quite a fair bit here and there about my body that I’d like to improve but for this treatment that I’ve just started on, I have decided to work on 2 key areas:

Treatment Process

Each area that you want to treat will require 15mins on the Viva Beauty machine. So for my areas of concern, I would need 15 mins on each of my upper back thigh and 15 mins on each side of my tummy.

The consultant at Nue Shape will apply light pressure using the applicator and go over your treatment area in regular motions for 15 mins. It feels like a really nice hot stone massage. As I went through the first session, I was wondering how could this comfortable treatment could make me slimmer. It feels so comfortable!

There is a dashboard on the Viva Beauty machine which will monitor the temperature that the device is emitting. When it is too hot for you, all you need to do is just tell the consultant and she’ll adjust it to your comfort level.

After the treatment is done, the treatment area will be a little red but it’ll fade after an hour or so. There was once I wore a really tight pair of leggings and the leggings felt more comfortable right after the treatment! I hoped I wasn’t imagining that I’ve made progress. LOL.

So is Viva Beauty Effective?

I have done 4 treatments so far and to see results, my consultant encouraged that I need to complete all 10 sessions of it first. However, I do think the results have been really good so far, so here’s sharing with you how my tummy looks like after just 4 treatments.

The photos are completely unedited and while I am a little embarrassed by the shots of my flabby tummy that’s full of stretchmarks but I am really happy with the results. I’ve decided to continue on for another 6 more sessions – I’m convinced that the results will only get better!
