So in my journey of trying out the Exilis arm toning treatment, Treatment at Prive Clinic, this is the concluding post. My wedding is right round the corner and like any bride-to-be, I’m trying to slim down and look as good as possible for my wedding day!

So how did the arm toning treatment go?
I went for 2 visits, 2 weeks apart. Usually a recommended package of 6 sessions is recommended but I have gone for two so far and seen minor but noticeable results. We all know how difficult it is to tone arms yeh? So this improvement is more than I can ask for.
Visit #1:
In just 1 session, noticeable firming is noticed. I was advised to drink lots of water & to complement this with arm exercises to help improve the results.
Visit #2:
I went for the second treatment 2 weeks later and more of the slight improvement is noticed.
The firming part is very slight but its noticeable! I bet a few more treatments will totally zap the sagginess out of my arms! :) It’s like more than what I asked for! :) I love the results I am seeing on my arms and I think you will too! ^^

Note: Best results are appreciated 2-3 months after a treatment series. They last about 6 months after Exilis treatment. The fat that are burnt will be permanently lost but if you do not maintain a good diet, they will return.
