This Is How EASY My Fat Freezing Treatment Was

I have decided to shape up my body by going for fat freezing at LUSH Aesthetics. We’ve all heard so much about fat freezing and how easily it helps us lose inches off – I definitely want to try it out. So I tried it and here’s reporting back on the whole fat freezing procedure here.

So, after my treatment plan (read about it HERE!) has been agreed upon and all my questions answered by the branch manager, Eve, we proceed to the treatment room and I see the machine. It has long tubes that connect to a headpiece device that’s like a vacuum cleaner head.

Eve is going to use the largest headpiece device on me so that more fat can be sucked into the device and frozen. Yay! Each treatment area will take 1 hour to complete. One treatment is enough to see results but if you want to more fat to be killed off, then you can do Fat Freeze again in 2 months time. :)

Fat Freeze Procedure

We started with the lower tummy. A very cold & wet cloth is laid on my lower abdomen (to protect my skin and ensure proper contact with the chilling element).

Then Eve switched on the machine when I was ready and the headpiece device started to suck an astonishing amount of fat in.

See the picture below. That’s FRIGGIN ALL MY FAT. I feel so depressed now. Thank goodness I am already doing something about it.

And no, it didn’t hurt. There’s about a minute’s worth of discomfort when the machine first sucks your fats in. It’s like someone is pinching your stomach fats and wouldn’t let go. You just need like a few minutes to get used to the sensation and after that you won’t feel anything anymore.

It’s basically just 1 hour of lying there while the machine does it’s work. I slept through most of it and while I wasn’t sleeping, I was using my phone. The 1 hour flew by very fast. I actually felt guilty for doing nothing much while the machine did everything to help me shape up! So happy and so guilty at the same time haha!!

There are some reviews online that say that they experience discomfort when the machine releases your fats but I didn’t feel any discomfort. My tummy didn’t even feel VERY cold. Come to to think of it, the coldest part of this whole fat freezing treatment was the cold and wet cloth.

After you eager to try this already? Stay tuned here k! I’m going to be sharing my before & after photos month on month. :)

Hi! Thank you for this write up! ^-^
I know this is late, compared to when the article is written, but I also want to stress how important it is to go for Zeltiq! You should never try to save money on things that can damage your body and health and it is important that the equipment and the person using it are top-notch! Fat freezing is no joke, it does wonders but it can also hurt you, so always go for reputable clinics!
