My Dedication to Yoga

Yoga is a wonderful form of exercise. Yoga has been my main (read: only) form of exercise for the past 4 years. It trains you mentally, physically and emotionally. In these 4 years, I have definitely come a long way in terms of flexibility, strength and endurance.
