I’ve been back at work for a month now and life has settled into a comfortable routine. My helper has been an amazing help to our little family so far and that has been the sole reason why I am able to still have time to do my own things. Prenatal Chiropractic Care

As many new mothers can attest, pregnancy is no picnic. Recently I tried out Prenatal Chiropractic Care in Singapore and boy am I feeling relieved. The muscle strains of pregnancy are very real and can be more than just a nuisance. I am now experiencing backaches, aches below my belly and the occasional calf strains due to calf cramps at night. :(

Home Exercises that are good for your spine
