Slim Spa Review Part 1

I have been on a recent frenzy to eating right, losing weight and fat. I have tried many different diets and exercise plans but I still think the best way to any weight loss plan is definitely regular exercise and good eating habits.

Instead of the usual low-carb diet, I decided to try on a VEGAN diet. VEGAN = no meat. That includes no eggs and no milk and no cheese too! :(

It is difficult no doubt but I’ve also been feeling less bloated! That’s good! It also helps in my plan to first DETOX and then lose weight aggressively.

I was doing my usual readup on effective weightloss when I came acorss this brand called Slim Spa – which I’ve never heard before! I later found out they have been around for 5 years in Singapore!

I really like that Slim Spa has such an extensive range of products from detoxing to slimming but it can get confusing when presented with their entire range of products. Here’s something that will help you.

Step 1: Detox – Get rid of toxins to ‘re-start’ the body and make it more receptive to slimming components and absorb nutrients and mineral better.

Step 2: Slimming – Shedding the extra kilos

Step 3: Shape and Tone – Maintain the ideal body shape and weight loss

I’m currently taking Slim Spa’s new Professional DetoxDeluxe AM/PM Pills to help with the detox. I will be on this for about 22 days and then rest for a week before getting started on Body Worx (tell you more about this later!).

I find it odd that they included only 45 pills in each of the AM and PM bottles when the recommended dosage is 2 tablets a day.

It comes in a tablet format which smells very herbal’ly. But it’s easy to swallow so smell or no smell shouldn’t be an issue. On day 1, there wasn’t much reaction but on day 2 onwards, I went to toilet and on day 3, I REALLY went to the toilet – if you know what I mean :P.

DID YOU KNOW that overweight people can have up to 14kg of feces stored inside their colon? People weighing 60 to 70kg can have up to 5 Kg inside?! OMG?

The main role of detox is to eliminate the toxins that are building up in the body and organs.

The other product I am consuming with much pleasure is the Slim&Detox Tea in Peach Flavour. You can drink this green tea and enjoy it’s light tinge of peach taste without knowing that it’s actually a tea that BURNS FAT and IMPROVES METABOLISM.

Some have reported weight loss just by drinking the tea! But for me, I am not 100% sure since my approach to my whole weightloss project is multi-pronged with exercise, diet and supplements.

I definitely enjoy this green tea with peach flavour tea very much – 100% NO SUGAR too. You can also drink this hot or cold – both tasting just as awesome :D. It also comes with a little tiny pot of honey which you can use to add to your tea if you want but I didn’t cos it’s great without it too!
