It is always a pleasure to not only have my hair pampered at Shunji Matsuo @ 313Somerset but also to be in the presence of Caely and her team.
They are always friendly and always up for a chit chat if you’re looking to chat.
I may be pregnant and there may be heaps of old wives’ tales about refraining from any chemical treatments to your hair but I am really quite frustrated with my hair.
It has grown out since my last rebonding with Shunji Matsuo @ 313Somerset and the wavey hair I have from the top to my mid crown is really frustrating to look at and feel.
After I got an okay from my gynae and reassurance from Caely, my that the treatment she uses isn’t strong smelling nor will the chemical touch my roots, I happily made my way down to Shunji Matsuo @ 313Somerset. :)
My hair is all black now but it isn’t as dark black as before. It has faded into a very natural black which I kinda like but it’s too safe for me! I miss my coloured hair!
This time around, Caely recommended to do their in house treatment called Cosmic Cream which is gentle on our hair and super effective for those with wavy hair.
We also discussed the possibility of perming at the same time but she said since my tummy is getting bigger, I should avoid adding volume to my hair ends. Haha good point please.
I could probably do coloured hair ends next time I come. In view of that, I also had a Matrix Hair Treatment with protein and strengthing boosters added on so that my hair is ready for bleaching if I wanted to bleach next time around.
See that’s why it’s important to find a hair stylist you trust and go to all the time. Caely plans for my hair’s next step for me!
Cosmic Cream treatment has the same results as rebonding. I love how natural the effects are and how EASY my hair is to maintain now.
