I’ll be honest, besides SK-II, RoC is one of my top few favourites for great skincare products that’s suitable for my skin. The last product I tried from RoC was the anti-aging line of products – the Sublime Energy. And that not only did it have a great texture that’s gets absorbed quickly and to a matt finish, it also gave me softer, smoother skin.
When RoC mentioned on their Facebook Page about a new launch of the RoC Complete Lift Volume Restorer that helps to naturally restore our facial volume, boy, was I excited to give it a try.
We all focus on specific areas of the face when looking for signs of ageing. But it is the changing shape of the full face that is the most revealing sign of all: features hollow and contours became less defined. Today, professionals re-inject volume to correct the shapes of the face and rejuvenate its appearance – like the Botox and Fillers I did, but those are temporary.
With the Complete Lift Volume Restorer, we are looking at a gradual improvement over a period of time!
First up for review, I have with me the RoC Complete Lift Volume Restorer Day Cream!
I really like that it does not leave my face oily after application and throughout the day. What I didn’t like is the texture which was a little thick and quite rich which made it a little difficult to apply – needed to use quite a fair bit to cover my whole face. It has a light creamy scent, which I’m fond of. Haven’t really used this long enough to notice any difference since I only just got it recently. But you can try this at most Watsons stores and see if you like it for yourself!
The RoC Complete Lift Volume Restorer Night Cream comes in a little tub. It had very similar texture and absorption properties as the day cream. I had to use more than usual to cover my face. It didn’t feel oily and I did wake up to a bright, clear face. My skin also felt more bouncy after use.
I might as well just highlight that I am guilty of not applying it on my neck – which I should! I see signs of aging on my neck region already :/
