Review: GLOW Diet Supplement

Recently I’ve been quite interested in this new way of dieting called the “RASPBERRY KETONES DIET”.

I read online that there is this guru of health supplement called Dr. Oz from “The Dr. Oz Show”. He’s somewhat like how Opera in health and nutrition. So anyhoo, you can read more about it here.

To sum up a very extensive research I did on Raspberry Ketones and what it can do for you:

Raspberry Ketone is found in red raspberries (the one that gives the fruit it’s aroma). It is usually found in small amounts since each berry is so small. To make it real simple, raspberry ketone extracts basically switches your body to work like a thin person’s body naturally does – burn fat (increase metabolism) and minimize the absorption of fat.

For people like me who could eat very little and still gain weight compared a thin person who eats like a monster and still never gain a pound, a Raspberry Ketones diet is naturally something that has to be tried.

So then, I was introduced to GLOW, the current No. 1 Best Selling Weight Loss Ingredient in the US.

GLOW is a Raspberry Ketone Diet in a rapid release capsule. Each of these capsules contain ketones that are worth 41kg of fresh raspberries – talk about all the benefits without the high sugar intake.

There are other key ingredients (which help boost the burning of fats) like African Mango extract, Resveratrol, Green Tea, Acai and Grapefruit.

The Commitment

Raspberry ketones are supposed to be very low commitment – so is GLOW. Yet another reason why I am so excited about them. All I have to do is take a pill, and without changing my lifestyle, I should start to see signs of weight loss with continued use.

In a line – All I have to do is start taking it, and then keep taking it to lose weight.

Of course, if I want to see greater and faster results, I should supplement it with a good healthy diet and regular exercise.

I’m not big on unhealthy food but I find myself with absolutely NO TIME to go for exercise. That really saddens me. Without exercise, I am experiencing a very quick weight gain, both visible on the weighing scale and visibly and a noticeable loss of energy. So you tell me, is exercise important?

GLOW was my shortcut to weightloss. I felt sooooo unhappy about not exercising and my weight gain that when I read about GLOW and the Raspberry Ketones diet, it was like godsent.

I am by all means, a skeptic by default when it comes to diet shortcuts. It usually never works. But I gave GLOW a try anyway since I was really desperate to lose weight and FAST.

The Big Question beckons…

DID I LOSE WEIGHT?

I have been taking this supplement for 2 weeks plus now and although I am not able to determine the % of fat loss, I have lost 2kg without any exercise. Do also note that in the last 2 weeks, I travelled to Bali and Malaysia where eating was more “fancy” than usual. I also did not do any exercise much (I think maybe only 1 hour of body combat and 1 hour of light yoga in the 2 weeks +).

I have about 1 week + of supplement left and I intend to make better use of it by forcing some time out for yoga and body combat. And the BF has also just last night convinced me to go vegan with him. So I can’t wait to see how much more weight I can lose from this. :)

The best takeaway I can give you is to TRY IT and make sure to supplement it with regular exercise (I reckon 3 times a week would be ideal). Avoid high sugar, fats and carbo intake – it really isn’t that hard. I know cos I don’t drink any sugared drinks, avoid fatty/fried food and never finish my rice and noodles on my own.
