For complete makeup removal, I would recommend Fancl Mild Cleansing Oil. It’s made up of a perfect oil blend and removes tough, long lasting makeup such as foundation, mascara and lip colour.
See this test I put it through.
First I drew on eyeliners (all tough, waterproof ones of different brands), then I piled on dark eye shadows which are all difficult to remove with ordinary cleansers.
I pumped once from the Fancl bottle (you can see all liquid oil dripping down my hand) and started to massage the oil gently.
See the makeup all being dissolved. No scrubbing or rigorous rubbing. :D
