Tiramisu

Behold! My new creation!

Tiramisu!

I know I very not shy, but its super nice!! I honestly didn’t expect it to turn out this way. This was a recipe I grabbed from somewhere and decided to just try it out. Who knew Tiramisu was so easy to make!
Ingredients:
250gms tub of Marscopone Cheese (available at Carrefour/Cold Storage) about $7.84
4 tablespoons of castor sugar
2 eggs (you only need the egg yolks)
1 pack of Sponge Ladyfingers (Carrefour brand or Vicenze) about $4.85
3 tablespoons of either rum/baileys
Coffee powder
Milo/Cocoa powder
Instructions:
1) Beat Marscopone Cheese, Castor Sugar and Eggs in a bowl till smooth
2) Mix coffee powder with some water to make a strong coffee mixture
3) Dip ladyfingers (front and back) quickly into the coffee mixture (very quick if not your Tiramisu will end up soggy)
4) Lay it onto the container you prepared, then spread a layer of the cheese mixture on, assemble another layer of ladyfingers and then cheese mixture… do it until your cheese mixture is finished and bear in mind that the top must always be the cheese mixture.
5) Sieve Cocoa Powder on top and you’re done!
6) Refrigerate it for 8 hours (overnight) and serve!

Here’s my Tiramisu!

Some say Tiramisu tastes like Love. Sweet at the first taste with tinges of bitterness. What do you think? :)

Wow that looks so good. I made a tiramisu not too long ago and it didn't look as good as that. Do you cook often? I am a food blogger but my blog is not that great ^^
