Here’s introducing… the Baby’s Room before we have our go at decorating it. Omg I hope it turns out nice.
So I have one wall painted yellow previously with brownish curtains & flooring.
This is the view of the opposite side of the yellow wall. I have a brown tall cupboard, brown doors and the rest of the walls are white.
I started planning a nursery when I met with Denise Ang, the founder of Babysafe, a baby bedding specialist. Over a casual chat, she asked me about my plans for my nursery and I realised I haven’t done anything or planned anything for it. But the seed of #ProjectNursery was planted and the nesting instinct in me wouldn’t let it go.
So here I am with a huge Pinterest board of pictures of other nurseries. Check it out here. It’ll give you a great source of inspiration in creating yours.
My plans for #ProjectNursery has gone all around the world and back. I have oogled over too many impossibly beautiful nurseries and I have considered making ours just as crazy. At the end of the day, the fact is, our room is a small one and I am restricted by the touches of brown in the room now.
We have decided to go with a basic colour theme of BROWN, WHITE, and BLUE. Stay tuned here as I shared my journey step by step. :)
