Origins Plantscription anti-aging cream

If you havent noticed, anti-aging skincare is all the rage now. Most brands are emphasizing more on anit-aging. Whether you are in your 20’s, 30’s, or 40’s, anti-aging should be a concern of yours.

All of us start aging from 25 years onwards. That’s pretty early really. And don’t be all skeptical about anti-aging promises made by brands. It all works better if you start young. Afterall, slowing down the aging process (i.e.: starting young) is always better (and easier) than trying to turn back the clock. I’m sure you’ll agree. :)

Here’s a new one from ORIGINS for their Plantscription range.

Origins Plantscription Anti-Ageing Cream, newly launched recently, is a lightweight moisturiser that delivers optimum hydration without leaving any greasy residue. Each jar of cream contains 300,000 Raspberry Plant Stem cells and features their signature anti-ageing ingredient – the African Anogeissus!

Origins Plantscription is different from others is because they use plant stem cells in their products. These stem cells have the unique ability to self-renew. In this case, they have extracts from the Anogeissus tree, Origins #1 wrinkle reducer ingredient.

The texture looks thick but I love that it isn’t. It is of course thicker than lotions & serums but it is easily absorbed and doesn’t make my face oily thereafter. It smells refreshing with a faint hint of fruit (must be the raspberries). Kinda makes me look forward to using it the next time.

I have since only used this at night before I sleep and it has given me brighter skin when I wake up. I’m quite sure it must be this cream since that’s the only thing new in my skincare routine. :) No greasy looking face in the morning either. ^^ A definite gem this cream is!

The fact that it contains stem cells make it a very promising product. Stem cell research has yielded very promising results. I’m curious about the efficacy of this product. Guess I’ll have a try.
