Fried fish soup with milk (S$4.00)
This stall promises a LONG wait every day especially during lunch hours. If you want to avoid queuing, it’s best to go at 7pm. This is my absolute favourite. Many may beg to differ but if you ask me, I think you’re looking at the BEST fried fish noodle soup with milk in Singapore.
The soup is very very tasty. You have to taste it to believe it. As I write this now, I miss it and I think I shall go get some soon. :)
I love sprinkling loads of the fried onions and more of the erm, I think is either fish sauce or some sauce that looks like soy sauce into the soup. It makes the soup extra yummy. I miss the times when I had this bunch of colleagues who loved this equally as much and we’ll go often.
Ah well, nvm, I can still go on my own.
