It's Vegas, Baby!

Vegas is everything I imagined it to be and more. I loved it.

In January of 2013, I think I started my year fabulously with a solo trip to one of the most exciting cities in the world – Las Vegas.

Walking down the streets of Vegas with the cold air in my face, I passed by party people with balloons and drinks in their hands merry-making, neon lights, and too many signs that promise great meals, best deals, and best shows.

I was jetlagged for quite awhile but there was so much to see and do in Vegas that I drank coffee to keep myself awake while others drank alcohol, got drunk and partied real hard. Well I was alone, not a good idea to be drinking much anyway.

I watched Jubilee! tonight. Online reviews say that this is a classic, old school Vegas show with topless dancers, fancy costumes, a lot of colours, and energy.

I’m a sucker for everything classic. Some call it boring but that’s just what I like.

I wouldn’t recommend Jubilee! to everyone unless you like the above. :)

It’s been a crazy day today. I went to CES 2013 show at 8am, walked till I fell asleep while resting on a seat, took a nap back at hotel and went out again for Jubilee!.

For some reason I’m not hungry much and only had a chicken ceasar salad wrap the whole day. I literally ate bits of it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Haha! I’m still wondering how I can try one of the many crazy buffets with my small appetite.

Tips for Vegas today:

♥ Buy show tickets at Tiks4tonight booths along the STRIP. They sell most shows for the same day and the next day. Mostly half price off! :)

♥ I got Jubilee! and Jersey Boys for USD135. It would have costed more had I bought it at their box office.
