Water is our first defense against aging.

In fact, I recently attended the launch of the Hydro-Dynamic™ Ultimate Moisture by Dr Murad where we met Murad’s International trainer from USA (Zaida Takeshita). Zaida is in her fifties and has children my age. But look at her!!! She does not look a day older than her early 40’s.

What I Think About The Product:
It provides great hydration. Just be careful of putting too much on as it may get a tad too oily. I usually use this at night to allow my skin time to absorb all the moisture goodness while I sleep. It makes my skin feel smooth and well hydrated (but not oily) when I wake in the morning – making my face the perfect canvas for makeup! :)
I learnt so many things at this event! Here are some to share:
– Did you know fine lines appear sooner if you do not moisturise enough?
– Many people think that if they have a pimple, they would need to dry it off. But actually giving it moisture amongst other things, is more useful than just drying it with harmful ingredients like benzyol peroxide.
