One Of The Best Facial Extraction Treatments In Singapore

Who here is afraid of facial extractions? I know many do but you should also know that one of the most important things to good skin is to ensure your pores are clean thoroughly. I recently got a really thorough facial extraction at Porcelain Face Spa.

Porcelain Face Spa Review

Impurities must be removed from your skin pores so that all those expensive skincare products you use can penetrate easily into the dermis. Makes sense?

But remember, extraction needs to be done by professionals and with the right techniques, if not all you’re gonne end up with is more blemishes. :O

I’ve been with Porcelain Face Spa for like 2 years plus now and my skin has never been better. It’s always clear and my pores have reduced significantly in size over time.

Just last weekend, I went for their signature Quintessential Facial. As usual I am very happy with my experience. Read about my previous experience HERE.

My therapist was Tracie this time around and there is something that needs to be said about all their staff la. Like Tracie, all of them are:

♥ knowledgeable: I like asking what’s the purpose of the stuff that they are putting on my face and all the facial therapists I have had could explain everything clearly
♥ polite: These days, I don’t expect service staff to be polite. If they are, I love them more for it
♥ sensitive: They always seem to know whether I’m up for a conversation or I just want quiet. Needless to say, I have never seen any of them using their personal mobile phone or having a loud conversation with their colleagues
♥ efficient: They always stress on being on time and when I am, they never delay in starting the treatment asap. I never feel rushed by them but they always deliver great experiences, efficiently.

Oh and I took a photo this time around on the Red & Blue Light Therapy that will come after the very meticulous extraction.

Blue Light Therapy Kills Acne
The blue light therapy kills the Protactinium acne bacteria. This bacteria is one of the cause of acne, and is sensitive to light in a certain range (405 to 420nm). The bacteria absorbs the light and the light kills the bacteria. It is also used for to reduce the inflammation caused by acne, reduces scarring, sebum and oil production.

Red Light Therapy Rejuvenates Your Skin
In the anti-aging process, what is important is the collagen production and red light therapy stimulates the collagen production. Collagen is responsible for the elasticity and firmness of your skin, resulting in the reduction of fine lines and wrinkles. The collagen is also the protein that repair damaged skin cells.

After this Tracie put on a rose and chamomile mask that is great for hydration and calming.

When she took off my mask, there was no more redness post-extraction. :) Awesome pawsome! :D

Like Porcelain Face Spa, I believe that good skin should be clear and radiant from within. They do not advocate covering imperfections; instead, they seek to treat the root of the problem. I’ve gone foundation free since I started my facials at Porcelain Face Spa 2 years ago.
