2009 – A year of weddings

All this is kinda delayed. Nonetheless it’s not something I can miss blogging about.

My group of classmates from my 3 years in Polytechnic have all gone off in separate ways of our own and some plenty happy about their decision and some well, neutral about their decision. Whatever it was, we kept in contact and meet up every now and then.

First one of us all to get married is Wani. It is a surprise since Mei Fen was always the one determined to get married asap and be a housewife. Wani’s wedding is the first ever malay wedding in Singapore I ever attended. It was a wonderful experience. Wani, though you got married in Jan, and I am only blogging about it now, it does not dilute the best wishes I have for you and your hubby. :) Happy ever afters do happen.

Mei Fen got married (finally) in April. Her hubby looked positively pleased that day and I seriously don’t think I have seen a guy more happy to be married than him. Really.

She’s the second to get married of us group of Polymates. Here’s a great pic of all of us – well, most. Amanda, who’s having the time of her life in Australia, is well, at Australia. Haha. Peiwen, Jack, Masnor, Yusoff, and a few others didn’t turn up as well.

I suppose Mei Fen’s going to be the first of us all to get pregnant! *Gosh* I am growing old if I find myself with wedding invitation after wedding invitation! :/
